Medical Center MAVIT works as a private medical center since September 2000. We specialize in ophthalmology services. Patients have been invited to modern interiors, equiped with high quality equipment. We paid special attention to the selection of high-tech equipment. Devices from leading ophthalmology companies such as NIDEK (Japan), CARL ZEISS (Germany) and ALCON (USA) have been purchased.

During the past period we carried out almost 70 thousand ophthalmic consultations for patients from Poland and abroad. We performed over 10000 cataract phacoemulsification surgeries with implantation of acrylic lenses. We carried out over 6000 laser vision correction procedures, with LASIK method being the majority (97%). We performed about 21 thousand laser therapy procedures in diabetes and glaucoma.
