Minimally Invasive Hip Replacement
Minimally Invasive hip replacement is muscle saving. It's done by making two smaller incisions rather than exposing the joint through one large incision and muscle dissection. Advantages of this procedure are shorter patient recovery time, less intra-operative blood loss, and less post operative pain. Disadvantages may be question of precision and need of long term clinical data. This procedure requires more surgical skill and we consider it as a procedure requiring an orthopedic expert.
